Giggles ...
A tall skinny man in a white and red striped shirt.. awesome hat... on a hike around the world. I would say that is pretty inspiring. I'm jealous right now.... Waldo has been to the sea, the zoo the airport and the department store. Ok those are pretty normal places.. what I was most intrigued about was how such a nerdy normal seeming guy could find himself in the weirdest situations...
Hes found himself surrounded by battling monks and ferocious red dwarfs, in a scene with nasty nasties (do I want to know what these are?), and in a land full of waldo clones! Scariest was when he found himself in clown town! OMG! This guy has been through it all! Hes pretty famous now too.. hes got a whole book of him in Hollywood strutting his stuff.

WHO IS THIS GUY REALLY? Is he just incredibly unlucky or is he on some sort of hallucinogenic drug? Maybe hes actually an alien or some type of robot. Well folks.. we may never know... there are people out there that are still on the search to find the real Waldo... hes like the modern Bigfoot or yeti! There have been waldo sightings and everything! He is known in countries all around the world. Here is the website to those dedicated waldo fans who BELIEVE:

Birdman ...
Perhaps Waldo keeps popping up throughout history because he is no mortal man. Maybe he’s an elf? His ears do look a little pointy, though it’s tough to say with the hat. And clearly he travels a lot, so he must be a fan of quests. What if Waldo joined the alliance with Middle Earth to fight off Sauron’s evil forces? Maybe Waldo is the man we have to thank for the freedom we have today (if we assume that Lord of the Rings is an accurate portrayal of our past, hehe). I thought I might have spotted Waldo in the background at the beginning of The Fellowship of the Ring. I could imagine Waldo wielding an elvish bow and sword, killing orcs and goblins with elegance and grace. Then hanging out with hobbits, dwarves, and Gandalf during his free time.
This theory makes perfect sense and I’m sure is very obvious to most of us. But the one concern I have is why Waldo wears glasses? Don’t most elves have really good vision, where they can spot an orc picking its nose from a mile away? Unless there’s no prescriptions in them? Maybe he just wears them to protect his eyes from harmful UV rays. Or maybe it’s part of his disguise, so he isn't recognized by his elvish inlaws.
We may never know his true identity unless we can find him. So be on the lookout for him. I wonder if he’s on Facebook? I don’t have Facebook (and never will), so if someone could check there, that’d be great. Or perhaps you can follow him on Twitter. Then just give him my email address and tell him to contact me when he gets the chance. I’d like to sit down with him, have some lembas bread and miruvor drink, and get to know him better. He seems like a cool elf (or man or alien or robot) and hopefully I'll have a chance to meet him in this lifetime.
